SCAD recognizes the challenges faced by rural children with special needs and addresses this through its Community-Based Rehabilitation (CBR) program. A dedicated team, consisting of medical professionals, therapists, educators, nutrition experts, and counselors, visits remote villages in Tuticorin and Tirunelveli districts. Through mass camps, they provide necessary healthcare, therapy, and support, while also facilitating access to government schemes and benefits for individuals with disabilities.
